Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, key type, security systems and work required
Quotes may change following inspection or further assessment of the vehicle
Payment is taken in person only once the work has been agreed and completed.
Cancellations and Access

Proof of ownership is available if requested
If work cannot be completed due to lack of access, incorrect information or unsupported vehicles, a call-out or assessment fee may still apply where applicable.

Vehicle Systems and Programming Risks
Modern vehicles rely on complex electronic control units (ECUs), immobilisers and security systems. Unlock Auto uses professional diagnostic equipment and a battery stabiliser during programming and coding procedures to reduce the risk of voltage-related issues.
Despite these precautions, there are inherent risks associated with vehicle diagnostics and programming. In some circumstances, vehicle modules or ECUs may fail, become unresponsive or “brick” due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to pre-existing faults, software corruption, manufacturer defects, prior repair work or underlying electrical issues.
Unlock Auto cannot be held responsible for failures caused by such factors where reasonable care has been taken. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for negligence or affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
